Very professional and fast. My only issue was where they put my shower curtain rod Too far in and now it is too late. I wish they would have asked me. But the tub and walls look great.

Three weeks ago my husband asked me what I would like for Christmas and this what happened Dylan Smallman arrived at my home on a Friday morning. He introduced himself to me and explained to me what was going to happen. He proceeded to lay rugs out through out my home and quickly started working. On Wednesday, December 4, 2019 we had Dylan from Bath Fitters Cheektowaga, NY come and tear out our bathtub, surround and redid the plumbing. First of all, Dylan was respectful, efficient and an excellent hard worker (employee) from start to finish. He keep us updated throughout the day. He installed a shower, surround, new fixtures, handicap bars and doors. We are in love with our new bathroom! It is beautiful! Thank you Bath Fitters and a very special thank you to DYLAN!!
