We got an install done this week and wow- what an amazing job! Mike our installer was here right on time and got the job done by 3pm same day. He carefully covered our floors wherever he needed to walk which was great- cleaned everything up in the bathroom, hallway, even the driveway where he did some of the trimming work etc. The Bath Fitter itself is beautiful, we really love it. Joe A. Installed a complete walk in shower for us today. FABULOUS JOB ! He arrived about 10 minutes early and was to work almost immediately. From start to finish he was immaculate and very respectful. Knowledgeable and personable - a real asset to your company. I asked questions of the guy while he had a display at the Niagara County Fair 4H Fair. The man was nice, not pushy. So, I agreed to a free estimate consultation. The man came explained everything, so I decided to go for it, since a good friend recently used this company. Appt set for 8/26/19. My installer Dylan was excellent.
