I had Bath Fitter install a tub and shower surround at my daughters house. They were on time and very efficient. The installer Joe was finished by 2:30. The next day my daughter discovered her drain was plugged. One phone call and the service tech was there at 9 am next day, the clog had nothing to do with their install but they fixed the problem. The quality of work is exceptional,

The price to quality of product is my problem I paid over 6000 for this and I feel like like it is going to crack at any time also when I called to talk about the issue of having air pockets in the corner of my tub they told me that that can happen sometimes and give it a few months to settle, well guess what still the same I WOULD NEVER BUY OR RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!
