everyone from Tom our salesman, Warren our Comfort High Toilet installer, to Dylan our Walk In Shower fella was EXCELLENT. let me tell you about Dylan. Overall things went well everything looks fine a small mishap with chipping a tile that was promptly fixed within a week this is the fourth time our family has used Bath Fitter we will probably continue to with other members unless their prices keep going up as rapidly as they have been
