Joe A. came promptly on time and left an hour ago. He was neat, professional, courteous, and most importantly, he was knowledgeable about his work. 19 years of experience makes us a very happy customer! Tom was an excellent sales representative who took me carefully through the process and the final result matched what he discussed.

My installer arrived on time, laid out floor mats to protect our floors, worked efficiently, professionally, and installed a beautiful product that we are very satisfied with!! No complaints at all. He left a list of products that may be used safely on our new walls, included a new squeegee, and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for anything more!! Thank you to Bath Fitter and our wonderful installer!!

We were due to have our install done on 12/30. The first installer was not even close to attempting to look or act professional. Not all of our parts were in (the tub) and he really wasn’t much help other than to say he would do part of the job on Monday and the rest on Friday. Not a good solution. We opted to have the complete job done on Friday. Thank goodness. Friday morning Mike showed up. Introduced himself. There was still a problem with the work order which Mike handled promptly and prof... Read more
