Installers were polite, arrived on time, cleaned the bathroom after the installation leaving everything pristine. Provided tips on use and care of the new tub and toilet. The installation was at my elderly parents house and they were very respectful as they worked. An excellent experience.
We love our new shower. Bathfitters guarantees one-day installation and when the installers realized the new wall was the wrong size, the store manager himself drove to Syracuse to get the right size.
