We love our new shower. Bathfitters guarantees one-day installation and when the installers realized the new wall was the wrong size, the store manager himself drove to Syracuse to get the right size. It was completed a couple of days later. (We were happy we had another shower to use in the meantime.) The manager gave us a hefty discount for our inconvenience.
