It didn't happen the way we thought it would. Visions of the disruption of our life for most of the day; water shut off during that time; sawing the bathtub to get it out. No, it was much better. Arriving precisely on time (8am), Joe A and Chuck worked as a professional team, with courtesy, and quality! It took them only 4 hours to finish what we thought would be a n all-day project. We just had our walk in shower installed by Joe A and he did an amazing job. He arrived on time and reviewed our order and answered questions before placing runners all the way through the house to protect the floors. He completed the tear out and installation in five hours and the final product is beautiful. Joe A was courteous and helpful, and he worked with us to switch out the originally ordered shelf to another corner shelving unit. We were pleased with the entire process.
