We are very happy with our Bath Fitter experience. The installer arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and talked us through the process. He removed the old tub and replaced it with a new shower and we are thrilled with the end result. We would recommend Bath Fitter to family and friends.

Our salesman, Billy, was excellent. There was no hard sell, everything was explained thoroughly, everything was transparent and the price was fair. The installation team was on time and friendly and although I was skeptical that the job could be completed in one day, it was completed in about 6 hours. Great operation, great product and great team.
