So happy with bath fitter today ! It looks amazing. Our installer BRENDEN was so quick and nice. Explained everything and even spent time explaining things to our little one who kept asking him questions. Highly recommend.

So this is not a complete negative review just a few items make it one. Our installer arrived on time and was friendly and informative. He kept to himself and got the whole project completed in four hours. That include busting out a steel shower/tub base. At completion we both inspected the work and he gave me the care instructions and informed me to stay out for 24 hours to allow the caulk to cure. Installed a walk in shower yesterday. Our installer was Joe A. He was very professional and did a great job.
Very pleased with the shower replacement! Chuck did a fantastic job, was very friendly and left leaving the job spotless!
I could not be happier, the new tub surround is outstanding. Well worth the price. They even replaced with copper lines and a new mixing valve. Joe A. did outstanding work, and was very courteous.
