We just had a new tub and surround installed today and we love it. Everyone we have dealt with from Bath Fitter has been very nice and helpful. Chris our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Our installer Chuck was awesome. He was very neat and tidy, he even put runners down on the floors to keep the dust off of the floors. Chuck showed up at 8:00 am as scheduled, the job was completed in 4 1/2 hours.

Great experience with Bath Fitter. From the quick turn around time to get the job schedule, about 2 weeks from the intial meeting and the result, I'm extremely happy. Joe A. Was our installer. He was on time, friendly, thorough and clean. He got straight to work and did a wonderful job. I love my new tub and have the ease of mind of no leaks with having a life time warranty.
