We used Bath Fitter at my mom's previously and were very pleased with the results. So when we decided to have our own shower redone, they were our "go to". Our sales rep was Billy this time. He was very patient with us (we are rather picky) and gave us good price. As far as the expense, Bath Fitter is not cheap but their price is competitive with other companies such as Jacuzzi and American Standard and their designs are much better. I needed a new bottom tub installed because the previous one had cracked and both tubs before that had to be cuts because of where my heat is in the bathroom. Yesterday Rob went above and beyond for me and took the spout off and the shower handle off so he could put it in a different way. So my tub no longer had to be cut and it's all one piece now. I'm thoroughly impressed with his motivation to do the job the right way!
