We filled out a card of interest at the Bath Fitter display in the McKinley Mall. A few days later we received a return call and agreed we would like to speak with a salesman. We met with Vincent at our home, who explained everything in a professional way. He made sure he answered all our questions. I had my 91 yr old mother's bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower. We had Mike do the work. He was so kind and patient with my mom, who has dementia. He measured all of the grab bars, seat and shower head holder to her so that it would be as safe as possible for her. I'm very pleased with the finished product and feel confident that my mom can take a safe shower now.

This is our second install by Bathfitter. Our first was a bath/shower combo that held up beautifully. We are now at an age that getting in and out of a bathtub can be difficult. We called Bathfitter and less than a week we had an estimate from Tom with great recommendations to make it work the best for us.
