Mike and Brendon arrived on time. They parked respectfully on our street and introduced themselves. They were very courteous, friendly (but not creepy friendly), and professional. They explained to us everything they would be doing. When they had to shut the water off for an hour, they asked if we needed to use / get any water first. They worked well together.
