The sales guy Tony was knowledgeable and was very accommodating as I am very picky the guy that actually did the bathroom his name was Rob and he was as knowledgeable with the product got everything demoed and put in the new walk-in shower all by himself and did an amazing job. I am so pleased with my experience with bath fitter and the gentleman that helped us get it all together

Bathfitter installed a tub to walk-in shower conversion for us today. Todd was here on time and ready to go. He was personable and professional. He did excellent work and was kind & accommodating throughout the day. We are very happy with our Bathfitter experience from consultation to completion. Their 25 years experience as installers is evident in the craftmanship they do installing bath fitters products. They arrived on time as scheduled and completed work efficiently and very well. Didn't anticipate how long it would take and with only one person working! Had the nice worker had a helper the hardwood steps to the bathroom would not have been left as dusty.

Rob did a great job on the install! Quick and cleaned up afterwards. 5 star job!
