We used Bath Fitter at my mom's previously and were very pleased with the results. So when we decided to have our own shower redone, they were our "go to". Our sales rep was Billy this time. He was very patient with us (we are rather picky) and gave us good price. As far as the expense, Bath Fitter is not cheap but their price is competitive with other companies such as Jacuzzi and American Standard and their designs are much better.
