Dylan Smallman arrived on time the day of our install. Dylan was extreme professional and efficient working alone on the shower install. We were impressed how he removed all tile and tub all by himself. We can’t believe how beautiful the finished shower was in such a short period on time. In total, Dylan completed the project in just over 6 hours. We highly recommend Bathfitter Cheektowaga as well as Dylan Smallman for the install.

Joe A. was installer. He was prompt on his arrival, very carefully payed down protection on carpeted floors. He was most professional and his work is clean and neat. Very friendly, so I recommended him to one of my best friends. I can’t believe how quickly the job was done from start to finish.

Be very careful with this company / this location. It’s great until it’s not and if you have a small problem contact them right away. Also, lifetime warranty doesn’t really mean a lifetime. You will not realize this fact until you have a problem like we did. From the very beginning we notice water felt like it was in between the original tub and the fitter. I’m unsure what part is failing to allow this problem to happen but it seems they’re avoiding fixing the problem. Today they refused to co... Read more
