My experience with Bath Fitter was one of the best home Improvement contractor experiences I have ever had. From Tom the salesman to Dan V and Joey who did an incredible job with the installation and finished much earlier than I expected. They also kept us informed as the worked progressed and cleaned up the bathroom thoroughly after the job was completed. I am very happy with my Bath Fitter Shower.

After the work was completed I had concerns on what was done vs what I thought would be done, based on my conversation with sales. The team quickly escalated these concerns and I received a call next day from Warren. Warren was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation and we came to an agreement on how this could be resolved. Appreciate the pride in customer service the company takes.

Joe A and Dan were super respectful and professional. They knew exactly what to do from the time they walked in and laid down mats until their meticulous clean up. Everything from start to finish was an excellent job from Tony Gatto who was the salesman explaining everything to us. Then the workers, who did the job Brenden and Rob, they did an excellent job. They left the bathroom in a very clean condition.
