Eric ran into an issue with a drain pipe that was corroded. He cut a hole in the ceiling and did the repair. Bath Fitter will send someone to repair the ceiling. The walk-in shower is fantastic. Absolutely superb customer service from Eric.

Excellent service. Our sales rep, Chris, was out here in July and walked me through the process. Two follow-up calls ahead of our scheduled work date were both excellent, and then Joe A absolutely crushed the job itself. Showed up basically at the earliest estimate, and had the job finished hours before I expected. We can't believe how much better our shower is, espec... Read more
