The person that install the bathtub was very professional and clean, I was impressed when he was done. But my shower head is not centered, the water Is going more towards the wall and the shower head isn't adjustable like the one I replaced and this was a lot more costly and water was leaking under the door because the door wasn't flush to the tub. We had a new shower insert installed to be handicap accessible with a shower chair, grab bars, and hand held shower head. Chuck did an amazing job. He was efficient and professional and was done in one day. We couldn’t be happier with the product and the service.
