We recently had Brenden from Bath Fitter install our new shower. He was on time, professional and the work looks great . We we're impressed with every step of the process. I would highly recommend.

My experience with Bath Fitter was one of the best home Improvement contractor experiences I have ever had. From Tom the salesman to Dan V and Joey who did an incredible job with the installation and finished much earlier than I expected. They also kept us informed as the worked progressed and cleaned up the bathroom thoroughly after the job was completed. I am very happy with my Bath Fitter Shower.
Your positive experience with Bath Fitter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your feedback!
Brenden showed up on time even though road conditions were bad. He meticulously designed the surround to fit our unusual setting and we love the finished product. He was a pleasure to have in our home!🎄

After the work was completed I had concerns on what was done vs what I thought would be done, based on my conversation with sales.
The team quickly escalated these concerns and I received a call next day from Warren. Warren was extremely helpful and understanding of the situation and we came to an agreement on how this could be resolved.
Appreciate the pride in customer service the company takes.
Thank you for your feedback, Mike. We're glad Warren could assist you and resolve your concerns, and we appreciate your recognition of our commitment to customer service.
