It was a great experience from start to finish. Starting with John Miller coming out to talk about what we wanted and spending time with us with no rush or pressure. Very likable guy ! We are very happy with the work performed to change our bath to a walk in shower! It took 3 days. They were very hard workers, especially Caleb, and they cleaned up after themselves. However, the only thing wrong is that they “cannot” (would not) give us a price breakdown of labor, permit fees, parts, etc. so we only received a lump sum total. I had my bath tub update in an outdated condo that I bought last fall. This is my second time to use Bath Fitter service. Each time, I was amazed how easy it was to get it done. Designing and measuring for a couple of hours, then installing was done in 3 hours! I had my shower remodeled by Bath Fitter of Colorado. Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful. John Miller was very pleasant and made the design consult very easy. Joe and Caleb we extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. My shower is BEAUTIFUL! They did a great job! Last year, Joe and another installer installed a bathtub liner and wall liner in my upstairs bathroom. It's BEAUTIFUL too! I recommend Bath Fitter of Colorado. 👍
