Josh did a beautiful job with my bathtub and walls. He spent so much time getting everything just right but he was still only here for 1 day. I got a bid from a plumber to rip out my old 50+ year old tub and it was more expensive and took way more time than what Bath Fitters accomplished in 1 day. Well, my experience with Bath Fitter ended up being awesome, but not without some bumps along the way - which is a big part of the reason I am giving them the 5 Star rating. My initial installer seemed to be in over his head a little bit - let me be clear that my home was built in 1926 - and struggled to install the materials without defect. Moved from NC to CO, had old jaquzzi tub from 1981. Needed a walkin. Price was high, service was excellent, took 10 hours, Sam got it done...he was given wrong finish of 2 parts. Quality was EXC. Makes our 1/1 more valuable and our senior years a little easier. Lee and Sharon
