5/5
The entire team at Bath Fitters are great and easy to work with and very responsive. I needed a new shower in my guest bathroom and Bath Fitters had a great solution! I was impressed that Jaetric was able to work with me on scheduling prior to leaving on an extended vacation so when I got back it was soon installed. He then followed up on service. Jordan worked through the morning and did a great install. I'm very happy with the service and overall product!

Everyone we dealt with from sales to installation were knowledgeable and professional. And when there was an issue with one of the components of the installation, they responded within hours of notification. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone thinking of having a tub or shower replacement.

From the initial contact through completion, BathFitters did each step with professionalism and courtesy. Installer arrived on time, and did all the work outlined in the contract without skimping, or saying "that's good enough". Excellent job! I am a retired remodeling contractor, and have done this type of project myself. I recognize a quality job done, and this one, by far, was the best work I've had done. Quality of materials was top grade, and as specified.
