We are very pleased with our bathtub conversion to a walk in shower. Our installer Jordan was friendly and very professional, he kept me informed during the installation. After the job was completed he walked me through care and cleaning of our new shower. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to update their bathroom. We had our tub replaced with a walk-in shower. Jordan and Jacob (I believe Jacob was in training with Jordan) were very professional and respectful of our home. Jordan explained what they would be doing. They came on Monday (2/6) and were here most of the day. A minor problem occurred in the afternoon that Jordan needed to fix at the shop, so the install was not completed until Tuesday.
