On my 2+ year old installation, some tub/wall caulking separated. Bath fitter came right out and fixed it, under lifetime warranty.

The entire team at Bath Fitters are great and easy to work with and very responsive. I needed a new shower in my guest bathroom and Bath Fitters had a great solution! I was impressed that Jaetric was able to work with me on scheduling prior to leaving on an extended vacation so when I got back it was soon installed. He then followed up on service. Jordan worked through the morning and did a great install. I'm very happy with the service and overall product!
