We had a very good experience with Bath Fitter of Colorado. The sales call was very low key. The sales person was very informative and helpful, and he had samples and pictures that made it easier to see what it was all about, as well he answered all our questions and help design our new shower.
The office staff was very accommodating with scheduling and helpful as we had to wait a long time for the installation.

We had Bath Fitter come out on November 20, 2019 to give us an estimate for one of our bathrooms. We gave them a go ahead a half the down payment on the same day. They said it was going to take 4-6 weeks to get our tub. It was the middle of January 2020 when I had to call them to see what was going on with our tub. She said she couldn't find out file and would call me back in the afternoon to let me know. No phone call. I called a week later to see if anything was changed. She put me on hold for... Read more
