Had a bathtub acrylic shell made to fit over my existing porcelain coated tub. First one didn't fit (not due to anything Bath Fitter did or didn't do) so Bath Fitter made a second one. No hesitation, they just did it..... that is great customer service. They are determined to make the customer happy! Brian, the installer, was very knowledgeable and proficient with the installation. We’ve use Bath Fitter of Colorado twice after we loved our first shower conversion so much! We had a custom shower put in and it is so much more affordable and easier to keep clean than tile. Brandon did the installation on both of our showers and worked his butt off to get the job done!

Bath Fitter made it easy to replace our cracked bathtub. The estimator was knowledgable, friendly, and provided a clear outline of the process. The installers, Jordan & Neil, were punctual and professional and left the workspace clean and tidy. They were patient in answering my questions and I was comfortable having them in my home for the morning of installation.
