Rick M. Was my Estimating consultant he did a wonderful job explaining all the details of having a new shower replaced. Joe G was my installer he showed up on time, very polite. Kept to himself while working. Cleaned up after himself. Walked me threw everything after the job was complete. I would highly recommend bath fitters!!!!

We had an amazing installer by the name of Gregg J. He came to our home and introduced himself immediately. He was professional and even allowed me to take pictures (for our friends and family to see) as the work progressed. We are extremely pleased with the way our bathroom tub surround came out. This is the second one Bath Fitter has done for us. We also had a shower redone in Jan 2019 which we are very happy with. Thank you Bath Fitter for a job well done!

She said she couldn't find out file and would call me back in the afternoon to let me know. No phone call. I called a week later to see if anything was changed. She put me on hold for... Read more

Rick was our sales rep. he explained the process showed us the materials and "signed us up". Joe arrived promptly at 8:30. Joe was friendly, but not overly chatty. He worked very efficiently and was very quiet when entering and exiting the house. We had a bath to shower conversion, it turned out exactly as was explained to us, perhaps even nicer. When Joe was finished, other than the beautifully installed shower, we wouldn't have known he was ever there, no mess, paper, anything, house looked as... Read more
