We're very pleased with the process and the results! Ron met with us and explained the process and reviewed the various options with us, patterns, etc.. Once we made the selection of the materials, they accommodated our construction schedule to set an installation date that worked for us. Kenton, the installer was VERY helpful and also quite creative when it came to working with existing plumbing from the 50's! Customer service and salesman were good... and actually the installer as well... only reason for 4 stars is I had to do some touchup to the caulk, drain, and shower head. BUT, bath fitter did offer to send someone to fix those things... all in all seem like a good company

Everything looks and works great! Brian was our installer. He was professional and took one short break for lunch. He didn't finish until late and I feel like a lot of installers would have gone home and just come back the next day, but he just kept at it until he was done (10-11 hours of work).
