Customer service and salesman were good... and actually the installer as well... only reason for 4 stars is I had to do some touchup to the caulk, drain, and shower head. BUT, bath fitter did offer to send someone to fix those things... all in all seem like a good company

Very easy process! John explained everything and we didn’t feel pressure to purchase. Today we had our installation. Brian is the hardest worker I have ever seen. He literally worked for 12 straight hours without taking a break. I encouraged him to take a break but he just kept working. Brian was very professional and he worked until things were perfect! We are very appreciative and highly recommend them. Ask for Brian to do your installation!

Dan was fantastic. He put in a new shower for us. He worked nonstop making sure everything was done correctly despite several unexpected issues. He had to stay until late to complete the job. Throughout the process, he checked with me to ensure everything was to my liking. He gave good tips for caring for the Shower and answered all my questions completely.
