Very easy process! John explained everything and we didn’t feel pressure to purchase. Today we had our installation. Brian is the hardest worker I have ever seen. He literally worked for 12 straight hours without taking a break. I encouraged him to take a break but he just kept working. Brian was very professional and he worked until things were perfect! I wish I could give 10 STARS! Two bathrooms with one of them being a wall knock down to transform my PHONE BOOTH shower into a nice large shower to accommodate a very large Norwegian! The Quality of the product is OUTSTANDING, but the quality and character of the Installers, Joe and Mike, is UNMATCHED! I don't want to leave out John, who gave me the initial quote.
