Mike, my installer, was FANTASTIC!! He entertained my questions and walked me through the process step by step. Overall, I've had the product since mid-February and I LOVE IT!!! It's extremely expensive, quite honestly, worth it considering the alternative (doing it yourself with a home depot kit). If you can afford it, I took out a loan, do it, you won't regret it.
