5/5
After several outrageous estimates from other companies, we found Bath Fitters to be the most reasonable estimate. Once measurements were done and parts were ordered and arrived, the entire installation was completed in two days. The installer was clearly an expert, so I have no “down the road” worries. We also feel that this will increase value for the house.

We have a rental property that the bathroom had been seriously abused. Our options were tearing out the old bathtub and tiles and in the process having to tear out walls, etc. Or install a liner and tiles that are customer made for our bath tub. We chose to have a tub liner installed and new tiles around the tub. It is beautiful. It was cheaper than having to remove walls, etc It also has a life time guarantee . Installers were very efficient and answered all our questions. Definitely re... Read more

We have had 4 bathrooms replaced over the last 2 yrs. The work they do is excellent and they stand by their work, fixing issues that arose after the installation. The associates are all very pleasant. We really appreciate these things about Bath Fitter. In our most recent purchase, there was an issue where the salesperson mismeasuring the shower; setting the install back by 3 weeks, Fortunately, they made good by installing the mismeasured shower with a week. Our only other issue is that in ev... Read more
