Steve Rusk was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable, professional, answered all our questions and didn't push for a sale. We had several questions after he left; I emailed him and he answered right away. Matt was our installer. Once he took the bathtub out, he found an issue with the wall that we didn't know existed. Tony who came out to tell us about Bath Fitter’s was very professional and answered all of our questions. Josh the plumber who came out and updated the behind the wall plumbing he did an excellent job. Matt the installer was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Our son this week used it for the first time and gave it a 10/10 score. Thanks guys for a wonderful job.

Shower turned out great and done in about 6 hrs. My only caveat is that the sales rep. didn’t explore all of my installation options like shelves, a seat, a second grab bar. So while the shower looks great I would have wanted a shelf installed and potentially a seat as well.
