Hi Barbara! We are truly thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our team at Bath Fitter. It is fantastic to know that Josh, Steve, and Tony all made such a great impression on you throughout the entire process! We are so glad that Josh was able to make the plumbing work look easy, even with the challenges of an older mobile home. It sounds like he truly demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism, and we are happy he was able to put your concerns about the water lines to rest. Steve also sounds like he brought not only great installation skills but also a wonderful energy to the job — singing while working is always a great sign of someone who loves what they do! And of course, Tony's expertise and trustworthiness clearly made your decision to go with Bath Fitter an easy one. We are especially pleased to hear that both Josh and Steve made you feel comfortable and at ease, even as strangers in your home. Leaving no mess behind is also something we take great pride in. A 10 out of 10 for both of them truly means the world to us! Replacing that tub from 1978 with a brand new shower sounds like it was absolutely worth it, and we are so happy you are enjoying it.
