From the salesman (Mike Lovelace), installer ( Steve Hatcher) and the girls in customer service everyone had been very helpful, polite and very professional. I especially like that they stand behind their work. I ended up not liking the hardware I picked out once it was installed and they are coming back out to give me some other options!!! LOVE THAT!!!
