The installer and plumber, Mike and Joe were friendly and informative, Mike was also able to make last minute changes as we saw the product coming together. We bought our house last year and the previous owner had a bath fitter tub installed. (at the time we didn't know it was a bath fitter tub) after about 6 months we noticed water had got between the old tub and the liner. I just so happened to call bath fitter to see if they could fix it that is when they looked up my address and told me it was one of their tubs and had a lifetime warranty so they sent someone out right away and put my new tub in. Mr. B. A. arrived today on time and with a readiness to work attitude plus a smile. He shared his plan and gave me understandable information on each concept as he installed my new tub.
