Fantastic workmanship. Everyone was great to work with. They were in and out within 5 hours (even with having to take out the old tub and some tile because of their condition). They put down mats from the door all the way to the bathroom. We love it and it is so easy to clean!

My installer was Dillon and I can not say it enough he is awesome and did a wonderful job. We had him twice after putting in the wall there was a glitch that was not fault of Dillon nor Bath Fitter. We called his boss to come out he looked at it and agreed it was a problem and that they will fix it right away. Our bathroom was a patchwork of 3 different colored tiles of various age and materials. Ugly. Bathfitters removed and covered all walls with their product producing a definite improved look. The employees were hardworking and courteous. My only complaint is that when they reconnected the plumbing for the toilet and sink they told us there were no leaks and there were small leaks.
