Salesman was a little pushey with the down payment. Not everyone has a credit card. They do not install same day & you cannot use the shower same day (understandable). If i didn't get the year end sale, i wouldn't have went to bathfitters because of the cost. BUT i love BOTH bathrooms & it's way better than what I had. The installers were very friendly. I would recommend Bathfitters if you have the funds.

Great product if you want to get your shower remodeled in a day. Everyone was very professional. They cleaned up everything really well. The new shower, fixtures and door all look great and are very easy to clean.

My shower was technically fine, but included seams that i knew would eventually be an issue so I decided to have Bath Fitters give me an estimate after seeing them at the Erie County Fair, where they were offering a discount. They quoted a very reasonable price. Installation of my shower started at 8am and was completed by 1pm. Excellent is word describing my experience with Bath Fitter, the design of all parts used to assemble the order is superb, protection of carpet floor during installation is smart and thoughtful. Removing and cleaning debris is again excellent part of providing service. I had chance to observe work of my installer, he was very knowledgeable and respectful.
