Hands down this was an amazing experience! I inquired with Bath Fitter online and received a phone call not even a half an hour later to schedule a consultation. Greg provided us with a ton of information, options and is truly an expert. Steve our installer was on time, extremely nice and did an amazing job. We are beyond happy with our experience and our new shower/tub. :)
My particular project required 2 days to complete plus a day to allow the sealants to cure. However, everything else went great! I installation looks great and will be a great asset in selling my home in the next few years.
Being a repeat customer, we knew what to expect. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous service, excellent installation and clean up. The installer even check our existing enclosure and found a broken piece that we didn't notice and got us a schedule for replacement without even asking for it.
