Customer service in the office was great. Plumber (3rd Party) left a mess in my bathroom and in the basement space below my bathroom. Product for the price was less fantastic than I expected. Does look updated and bright. Be VERY specific about placement of shelves, rods and handles. BF workers did a decent job cleaning up most of the debris.
