Had a few different during our install (ordered the wrong size tub, had to reorder it and the reorder broke) so it took longer then expected to get it finished but they did make right with their errors so overall the experience was good.
We wanted to upgrade our bath. Bath Fitter was one of four contractors we took bids from for the bath surround part of the project. We liked the fact that the surround would be one single piece created on site to fit the exact measurements of our space.
