Going from a tub to a shower was the best thing I could do. This came out so much better than I thought it would. I met with William, the sales rep. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We wanted a new bathtub replacement for our spa tub. The plumber, Joe, came the first day of our scheduled appointment to set up plumbing. Jacob came the next day for the tear out and install. I really liked Jacob. He was efficient, very personable and answered any questions I had. Jacob called his manager to let him know that an outlet was buried in the wall. Jacob was GREAT ! He was enthusiastic about the product, and informed me of the installation process. Jacob answered all of my questions and kept me informed of the process as the new shower took shape.
