We are so pleased with our new tub/shower and shower! Working with Bath Fitters from beginning to end was a wonderful experience. Steve Rusk, the salesman, arrived on time, was respectful, and took the time to show us options and help us make our selections. The plumber arrived on time and was able to redo the plumbing for both units in just a few hours! Converted our tub into a walk-in shower. Mike Horner was our installer and provided excellent service. He gave us a rundown prior to the install of what was being done, answered our questions and provided updates throughout the process. We are very happy with the finished product.
