Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and friendly. Jimmy was our installer and he did a wonderful job. He arrived before 8 and worked all day and he left at 4:30. We felt comfortable with him in our home. The only little thing we realized was that we have a permanent curtain rod when we we expecting to have a tension rod. We're working at finding a shower curtain that will work with the height of the rod. Overall we are very pleased with the final project.
