I met with William, the sales rep. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We wanted a new bathtub replacement for our spa tub. The plumber, Joe, came the first day of our scheduled appointment to set up plumbing. Jacob came the next day for the tear out and install. I really liked Jacob. I had my half bath shower stall redone yesterday. Mike Horner was my installer and did a wonderful job. Both Mike and the plumber that came the day before (I think his name was Kyle) were very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. My salesman Tony Winkler and the office staff were both very professional. Highly recommend.
