Installation by James was perfect. Grout lines were super clean and the tub looks fantastic. He explained everything about tub care and was very helpful in answering all our additional questions. A happy customer.

We had our old tub surround taken out and replaced with a walk in shower. The look of the Bathfitter material around the whole shower and ceiling is fantastic! So clean and nice! I like that it’s easy to clean and the warranty on it is really good. My kids love it! It’s a huge transformation! It was done in one day (+ a few hours the day before that the plumber came to fix the pipes). Very efficient and Luke was awesome! He did a great job putting it all together.
Bath Fitter did a great job at a great price. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable and courteous all around from sales/office/plumber to installer. Would definitely use them again in the future.
They did a fantastic, very professional job on a difficult older bathroom in a 98 year old house that required additional plumbing work. Despite these challenges, install was just one day (preceded by a full day of additional plumbing prep work), and totally worth it! This is our second time using them, and no complaints about any aspects of both jobs. Kyle, Mike and Fia did very detailed, top-notch work.
