This was an amazing experience. I had already had quotes for my bath, but when Greg came out he listened to my problems and told me I already had a Bathfitters tub from 2011. He told me since it was their product installed that bathfitters has a lifetime warranty even if I wasn’t the one that purchased it to begin with! They are coming and fixing my issue already next week! He was in and out in 30 min with my resolution and I can’t thank him enough!

Excellent service...from the Salesman Tony Winkler and Installer Mike Horner! I hope Bath Fitters appreciate the value of GREAT employees!
