Mike Horner was the nicest person and did excellent work. He arrived on time and explained everything that he would be doing. He covered the floors and fixtures to contain debris and dirt. He worked diligently and consistently to get the job done. I told him I was tired just watching him work. The product is excellent and I received many compliments on the installation and design. He deserves a raise 👏 🙌

Worked with Steve Hatcher. He took out my old bathtub and installed a walk-in shower, with seat and doors. Did a fantastic job. Was very good at explaining everything and showed me how to operate everything. On time, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Great clean up too.

I recently had my shower AND my bathtub redone (9-1-22) and I am obsessed and over the moon with how they turned out. Tony came out to my house and took the time to explain everything and pick out options that suited my needs. The plumber (I can't remember his name, maybe Kyle) was great (clean, on time, explained/reviewed project) and the two installers (Ralph and Luke) were fantastic. A truly great experience all around with Steve A. our Bath Fitter installer. He was friendly, polite, neat, precise and enjoyed what he was doing. He came with a smile and left with one. Our shower is more than I could have expected. We would recommend Bath Fitter to all our friends for a positive experience from start to finish. Well worth the money.
